Aaron D. Cullip is an executive leader, educator, and business strategist with more than 25 years of experience building high-performing organizations and driving revenue growth across the SaaS, human capital management, payroll, HR technology, and financial services industries. Throughout his career, he has led executive teams for high-growth technology and business services organizations, building scalable revenue engines, developing exceptional leaders, and delivering sustained business growth through strategic execution, operational excellence, and customer-focused innovation. Aaron earned his MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Clemson University and brings a practical, results-driven approach to leadership, strategy, and organizational development.

Aaron also serves as a Lecturer in the Clemson University MBA Program, where he teaches Business Negotiations and Sales & Communication, equipping future business leaders with real-world insights and practical leadership skills. He also serves as Chairman of Clemson Football's Tigerhood Program Committee, mentoring student-athletes in leadership, personal development, and career readiness. Aaron is passionate about developing leaders, building winning teams, and helping organizations achieve sustainable growth.
