Additionally, she has played a key role in BELAY receiving several awards for Best Company Culture from Entrepreneur magazine and the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Lisa has built dynamic, healthy cultures and optimized people and processes to achieve sustained success.

Her expertise spans financial planning and analysis (FP&A), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), ESG, human resources, risk mitigation, training, and organizational reengineering. Throughout her career, she has driven innovative initiatives that boost team engagement, achieve retention rates above 95%, and harness technology—including AI—to deliver transformative solutions and streamline business operations.
