As the Director of Operations at BELAY. I have had the privilege of being surrounded by amazing leaders and mentors for the last nine years.
I started at BELAY as the Executive Assistant to our COO, moved into IT, then onto being the IT Manager to now being the Director of Operations, leading an amazing team of individuals that oversees BELAY’s technology and operations.
At my core both personally and professionally, I am an encourager. A cheerleader for the underdog. And think that we can learn so much from other people and their stories.
I strive to adhere to the quote from Maya Angelou that reminds us to, “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”
When I’m not working with some of the most incredibly talented, servant-hearted people on the planet, you can find me spending all my time with my husband, son, and German Shepherd, Stella.
