We search the entire country for your virtual assistant to find the right person for your organization.
Our exhaustive recruiting process includes – but isn’t limited to – several video interviews and skills assessments to find skilled, servant-hearted candidates.
We specialize in finding and matching you with the right professional to best serve you.
What can a Virtual Assistant do for your organization?
Is your inbox completely out of control? Does your to-do list feel never-ending? Ever find yourself going to bed so late you’ve considered pulling an all-nighter?
Stop burning the candle at both ends before you crash and burn – still holding that candle all by your lonesome.
A VA will make sure your walls aren’t fluorescent Post-it Note mosaics anymore.
Your business is growing. And fast.
But if you’ve had to turn away new clients because you have too much to do and not enough time or help, it’s time to get help.
A VA can handle all the day-to-day tasks so you can get back to doing what only you can do: growing your business.
Are you brimming with new ideas – but can never bring them to life?
Delegate what can be handled by someone else and return your focus to the ideas that spark your joy and creativity.
The world needs more revolutionary ideas, not visionaries who are too bogged down with tasks to execute on The Next Big Thing.
You shouldn’t have to do everything. And now you don’t have to.
Let’s get really real here: As a busy leader, it’s probably been too long since you were fully present.
You know how we know? Because we’ve been there.
Life has a sneaky way of getting in the way of our best intentions: bringing big ideas to life, growing our business, establishing healthy boundaries, self-care, putting family first.
We know what we’re supposed to do – but often, we just can’t quite figure out how to do it all.
But as with any struggle or obstacle in life, the first step is admitting you have a problem: You may not have everything under control.
You know who can help you get everything ‘under control?’
A BELAY Virtual Assistant.

But those that do? Oh, they’re special. We’re talking creme-de-la-creme, knock-your-socks-off special – and they’re ready and waiting to help you reclaim the most valuable asset in business: more time to focus on what matters most.

We have a proven system to match you to someone equipped to handle everything you need to accomplish.
Of course! We want your Virtual Assistant to be an engaged member of your team!

No, you will have one dedicated Virtual Assistant that we match you with based on your needs, industry, personality and working style.
Your Client Success Consultant will be there to help. You’ll work together to find a new match and keep your downtime to a minimum. If there are any minor hiccups, we will address them and find a solution.
That will be between you and your Virtual Assistant. If there are times you know are slower, then let your Virtual Assistant know that would be a good time for time off. Commit to over-communicate with each other so work can be done ahead of time and productivity doesn’t lapse.
No, our Virtual Assistants are available Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Your Virtual Assistant can ebb and flow your hours throughout the month. We just shoot to come in at the contracted amount at the end of the month. If they go over, we simply bill the extra hours, but they do not roll over to the next month. We track and report on those during onboarding to make sure you are at a good amount of hours for the work needed.
What if you do such a great job of matching me that I want to bring my Virtual Assistant onto my staff full-time?
It happens all the time! We know it’s a possibility that you’ll get to the place in your business where you want to expand your W-2 team, and we love nothing more than knowing we helped you find your first (or second or fifth) hire. Talk to your Client Success Consultant about the details.
A Virtual Assistant can help you reclaim time by handling your calendar and appointments, managing your email accounts, posting to social media, proofing and editing documents, booking travel arrangements, coordinating between clients and/or team members, researching and coordinating — almost anything you need!
It depends on how many hours you are contracted for. You can have specific times where your phone can be forwarded to your assistant. If your Virtual Assistant isn’t able to answer at that moment, they can return calls and triage those messages. If you need a full-time receptionist, we recommend Ruby Receptionist – we use them and love them.
Yes, they are there to support your communication with your team and clients.
You know your product best! They can relieve other admin and support tasks that will allow you added time for those calls.
